Compelling web copy for a policy update
The organization updated a product policy, but the new policy description was not written for the web. The copy ignored a key audience and was written in sprawling paragraphs that included insider jargon. The organization needed a web page that speaks to all target audiences, supports business goals, and facilitates an easy user experience.
